Applying Cobble Grip is straightforward. Always ensure it is thoroughly mixed before use and continue to mix throughout the application. Apply one or two coats at 300-500 square feet per gallon per coat, depending on porosity. For the best results, use a medium 3/8″ nap roller, a low-pressure pump sprayer, or an airless paint sprayer with a minimum 517 tip. Remember, ambient temperatures should be between 50°F and 100°F, and thinning of the product is not recommended.
Once applied, you’ll notice that water beads or sheets off the surface. If this is not the case, an additional coat may be necessary. Allow each coat to dry for 2-6 hours before applying the next. A full cure takes approximately 48 hours, during which heavy traffic should be avoided on the coated surface. To prevent sealer buildup, do not reapply Cobble Grip more than once every 18 months.
Note: Cobble Grip is not recommended for pavers installed over a solid surface or on surfaces where moisture is unable to dissipate1.
