RETURN POLICY

At Pressure Washers USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all equipment sales and special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For commonly stocked products, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Any refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at (888) 254-0034. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

Please note that we do not offer refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Free Shipping – Discounted Shipping for Select Areas and Items

Pressure Washers USA offers free shipping – discounted shipping for some grouped products, or to customers near our offices in Palm Beach Florida.  Below are the areas and conditions which will result in free or discounted shipping.

Discount Shipping/Freight for grouped items

If an order includes items that can be packaged together by us, or in the case of freight, are able to be grouped on a single pallet before shipping – we will discount the cost of shipping some grouped items. This will be adjusted/refunded after the order is made through our system but before shipping occurs, as we have to manually determine the shipping/packaging conditions.

The Pressure Washers USA (PWUSA) Website is available only to residents of the U.S. over the age of 18 and can form legally binding agreements. A customer’s sole and exclusive remedy if an item purchased from the PWUSA Website does not fulfill the description is to return the item, in an unused condition, to PWUSA for a refund of the purchase price and,  in PWUSA’s sole discretion, the shipping costs paid by customer. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the unwanted item to PWUSA. Because actual colors and the “look and feel” you see on the PWUSA Website will depend on your monitor and other technical factors, PWUSA cannot guarantee that any display of any product information or other data will be accurate at any time. The price of each product and service will only be confirmed by PWUSA upon the submission of an order by a customer.
